Daywise Tour Itinerary

Day 1 Welcome at Agartala Later visit Akhaura Check post

Welcome on Arrival at Agartala Airport / Railway Station and transfer to Hotel. Tripura a state in Northeast India. The third- smallest state in the country and is bordered by Bangladesh(East Bengal) to the north, south, and west, and the Indian states of Assam and Mizoram to the east. The Kokborok speaking Tripuri people are the major group among 19 tribes and many subtribes. The Bengali people form the ethno-linguistic majority in Tripura . Day 2 Agartala Local city Tour

Morning after breakfast Local City Tour Covering Jagannath Temple, Purbasa handicrafts , venuban Vihar Buddhist temple , MBB Collage , Chaturdash Devata Mandir, Akhahora Boder , Ujjayanta Palace( State Museum ).
Later Visit Sepahijala wildlife sanctuary is truly the biodiversity heaven of Tripura with an area of 18.53km, The sanctuary has no less than 456 plant species, many kinds of bamboo and a variety of grasses and medicinal plants also grow in the sanctuary. The moist, deciduous forest is the habitat of different species of primates like Rhesus macaque, Pigtailed macaque, Capped langur, Spectacled monkey, Slow loris and several other wild animals like Leopard, Clouded leopard, Jungle fowl, Civets, Barking, Deer, Wild pig, etc. Overnight at hotel.

Day 3 Transfer to Udaipur Enroute Visit Kasba Kali Mandir

Morning after Breakfast transfer to Udaipur , En route Visit Kasba Kali Mandir (Kamalasagar Kali Temple), was built on a hill-top by Maharaja Dhanya Manikya in the late 15th century. It is situated just beside the Bangladesh border, The lake in front of this temple rightly enhances its beauty.Check inn Hotel after refreshment Visit Bhubaneswari Temple & Tripura Sundari Temple, This temple is one of the 51 holiest ‘Shaktipeeths’ (Shrine of the goddess of power) in India as per Hindu mythology. Overnight at hotel.

Day 4 Excursion trip to Dumboor Lake & Chabimura

Morning after breakfast Excursion trip Dumboor Lake En route visit waterfalls & Hydel Project near the lake from where River Gomati originates and this is called Tirthamukh where on 14th January every year famous ‘Pous Sankranti Mela’ takes place. The lake is the confluence of rivers Raima and Sarma. Later Drive to Mandirghat  taking Motorized boat to reach the Narkel Kunja island through Motorized Boat( Direct payment Basis ) ,During  the motorized boat trip through the dense forest creek ,you can see small tong Houses .
Later visit Chabimura , Chabimura is famous for its panels of rock carvings on the steep mountain wall on the bank of Gomati. There are huge images carved of Shiva, Vishnu, kartika, Mahisasurmardini Durga and other Gods and goddesses. These stone images are reported to mark the revival of Brahmanism during the  15th-16th centuries when influence Buddhism waned in india. These beautiful images are curved with a lot of dexterity on the rocky faces of  Devtamura which is steep at 90 degrees. The hill ranges are covered with thick jungles . Upon Reach Chabimura taking motorized boat Tour trip ( Direct payment Basis)through the dense forest creek ,you can enjoyed image carved  of idol on the bank of River .  Overnight at hotel.

Day 5 Udaipur to Agartala En route visit

Morning after breakfast transfer to Agartala , En route  visit "Neermahal" Neermahal literally means Water Palace. The palace is situated in the middle of Rudrasagar Lake. Maharaja Bir Bikram Kishore manikya built the palace in 1930 A.D. as his summer residence being inspired by Mughal Style of architecture. Overnight at hotel.

Day 6 Agartala to Jumpui Hills

Morning After breakfast, leave for jampui hills. Jampui Hills is situated about 200 Km. away from Agartala and is the highest hill range in the state bordering Mizoram. This permanent seat of eternal spring is situated at an altitude of 3000 FT’ above sea level. The hill offers mesmerizing views of the nearby places. The views of sunrise and sunset from the hill are simply breath taking. There are several view points on the hill which offer fantastic views of the Chittagong Hill Tracts and the Kanchanpur-Dasda valley. Some of the hill ranges of Mizoram are also visible from here. Overnight at hotel.

Day 7 Morning visit Unokoti later transfer to Agartala

Morning After breakfast visit Unakoti: It is ‘Shaiba’ (Saivite) pilgrimage and dates back to 7th – 9th centuries if not earlier. The marvelous rock carvings, murals with their primitive beauty, waterfalls are not to be missed. Unakoti means one less than a crore  and it is said that these many rock cut carves are available here. As per Hindu mythology, when Lord Shiva was going to Kashi along with one crore gods and goddesses he made a night halt at this location. He asked all the gods and goddesses to wake up before sun rise and proceed for Kashi. Later Transfer to Agartala . Overnight at hotel

Day 8 Departure

Morning after breakfast transfer to airport for your return journey

Please note – Irrespective of above mentioned cancellations slabs – in case of cancellation of tour services after the booking is made with us – a minimum 10% service charges would be applicable.

In case you cancel the trip after commencement refund would be restricted to a limited amount that too would depend on the amount that we would be able to recover from the hoteliers we patronize. For unused hotel accommodation, chartered transportation and missed meals etc. we do not bear any responsibility to refund.
